Location: Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport (LBB), Lubbock, TX

Base Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 per year

SSP America is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a full-service restaurant and bar inside Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport (LBB) in Lubbock, Texas. You will run daily restaurant operations, lead the bar program, manage a hospitality team, and own financial results in a fast-paced airport location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $65,000 to $70,000 per year
• Bonus: quarterly performance bonus plus an annual super bonus plan

What You Will Lead

• Full-service restaurant and bar operations
• Cost control, ordering, inventory, and scheduling
• Hiring, training, and team leadership

• Food safety, compliance, and food quality
• Forecasting, budgeting, and profit and loss management

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years as a full-service restaurant general manager
• Bar or beverage program management experience (preferred)
• Strong financial and operational skills, including profit and loss ownership
• Ability to manage fast-paced, multi-priority environments
• Experience leading and developing diverse teams
• A service-focused mindset built on coaching and accountability
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
