Brand Coordinator (Entry Level)
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, self-starting Brand Coordinator to join our fast-paced, startup-minded team. This is a hands-on, dynamic role that goes beyond just design—you’ll be instrumental in elevating our existing brand across multiple channels and platforms.

*this is an on-site position in North Austin near the Arboretum*
Key Responsibilities
Enhance and elevate our existing brand identity across digital and print assets.
Design marketing collateral including PowerPoints, flyers, brochures, and web graphics.
Record, edit, and manage internal/external meetings and turn them into engaging content (e.g., slideshows, video clips).
Support marketing strategy, analytics, list segmentation, and campaign performance reporting.
Manage marketing campaigns and workflows within Zoho CRM.
Help develop and execute a 30-day social media rollout plan across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google platforms.
Assist in managing paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and track performance through Google Analytics.
Coordinate event marketing using platforms like Acquire Up and LeadJig—manage invite lists, posting schedules, follow-ups, and branded experiences.
Provide light video and podcast production support (editing, publishing, distribution).
Collaborate cross-functionally while often working independently.
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of professional experience in marketing, branding, or design-related roles.
Portfolio or work samples that showcase your creativity and execution (required).
Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and ability to “fly solo” in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in digital design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar).
Experience working with CRM platforms like Zoho or Salesforce.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, video/audio editing, and/or photography is a plus.
Certifications in branding, digital marketing, or CRM platforms are a bonus.
Bonus Points For
Prior work in startups or high-growth environments.
Experience producing social media video, podcast, or webinar content.
Knowledge of email segmentation, campaign A/B testing, or list management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify creative ideas.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range : $60,000-$70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
