The Opportunity

As a Conversational AI and Agentic AI - Senior Associate, you will engage in the dynamic field of User Interaction Engineering within our Advisory practice. This role involves leveraging your skills in software and product innovation to enhance client experiences through cutting-edge AI solutions. Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing AI-powered contact center solutions using tools such as Dialogflow and Amazon Lex
• Designing and prototyping user interfaces with a focus on usability and accessibility, utilizing Figma and HTML5
• Conducting user research and analysis to inform the design and customization of interactive systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Agentic AI protocols and enhance customer experience strategies
• Creating and refining mock-ups and prototypes to align with client requirements and feedback
• Analyzing industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation in user interaction engineering
• Leading the development of natural language interfaces and voice design for enhanced user engagement
• Utilizing AngularJS and React frameworks to build responsive and dynamic web applications
• Managing workflow development and analysis to optimize processes and improve efficiency
• Applying human-centered design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly digital products

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience

• Experience with AI-powered contact center solutions
• Proficiency in Dialogflow and Amazon Lex for NLP tasks
• Utilizing Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock for AI development

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
