Open availability preferred.

About the Role

Sodexo Live! is seeking a polished and service driven Food and Beverage Attendant who takes pride in delivering an elevated guest experience. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about service, presentation, and creating meaningful moments for discerning travelers.
Your Impact
As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you play an essential role in delivering the service standards and hospitality experience that define the Chase Sapphire Lounge.
- Provide elevated, guest-focused food and beverage service with a warm, professional presence.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver thoughtful, attentive service throughout the lounge.
- Ensure food and beverage areas are continuously stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Maintain a refined lounge environment aligned with Chase Sapphire brand standards.
- Collaborate with culinary and hospitality team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Support daily lounge operations with discretion, efficiency, and a service first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards and lounge expectations.
- Set up, maintain, and break down food and beverage stations throughout service periods.
- Monitor product levels and communicate restocking needs to culinary leadership.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, dining spaces, and guest-facing zones.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen awareness guidelines at all times.
- Engage with guests professionally, addressing needs or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Comply with all Sodexo safety, risk management, and HACCP policies and procedures.
- Report accidents, injuries, or safety concerns promptly and accurately.
- Attend required training, safety meetings, and in-service sessions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service preferred.
- Experience in upscale dining, hotels, lounges, or premium service environments strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and adaptable to changing operational needs.
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a luxury brand environment.
