Works closely with Inbound Supervisor to ensure efficient operation of the Receiving Department. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of receiving related transactions. Follows-up and informs Inbound Supervisor of activities and discrepancies.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Monitors the arrival of incoming deliveries.

· Accurately receives and inputs information into the warehouse management system concerning incoming shipments in a timely manner.

· Reviews, record, and report quantity issues, shortages and/or discrepancies of incoming shipment to supervisors and managers.

· Accurately replenishes forward pick location in a timely manner using WMS system and email manual request.

· Communicates efficiently and concisely over the phone, in person and through e-mail regarding inventory movement, incoming shipment/packages, and other activities as needed.

· Ensures friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.

· Timely delivery of personal packages

· Accurately counts packaging and shipping supplies weekly.

· Performs other work-related duties as required and assigned.

· Maintain a clean and orderly receiving and reserve inventory location/area.

· Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum 2 years similar experience

· 1-2 years’ experience with a warehouse management system

· 1-2 years’ warehouse experience

· Electric forklift experience is preferred.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.

· Intermediate computer skills – can use email, Microsoft Office, and other similar applications efficiently.

· Effective oral and written communication skills.

· Ability to work Monday-Friday 7am – 5:30pm.

· Ability to work OT, holidays, and weekends.

· Ability to be on your feet 9+ hours of the day

· Ability to lift 50-60 lbs

WAGE

$15.00 / hr based on experience
