This role will report to the Head of Investment Banking Technology, and be primarily responsible for systems design and architecture. Responsibilities

• Act as a senior member of the Technology team, managing the design, development and management of multiple systems
• Create and maintain policies, designs, workflows, and other documentation as needed
• Design, scope and manage large-scale projects effectively, and communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders, and manage expectations to deliver on-time and on-budget
• Manage multiple priorities and deliveries simultaneously
• Other ad hoc projects as required

Experience

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree or certification a plus
• 10+ years of technology and platform architectural experience, preferably in the Financial Services sector
• Experience implementing and managing complex technological solutions in a dynamic environment
• Experience in complex data analytics software and data management tools
• Able to work and manage development projects and teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with minimal to no oversight
• Highly analytical, with an ability to articulate complex situations to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Able to work productively and effectively in environments with varying degrees of structure
• Highly skilled at written / verbal communication and effective diplomacy
