Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Controller and accounting leadership to drive business growth and operational effectiveness.
Support the annual audit and tax reporting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP
Manage relationships with third-party audit and tax providers, and internal teams.
Partner with leadership to enhance controls, automate processes, and implement best practices.
Mentor and develop junior staff, building a strong team for future growth.
Essential Requirements:
CPA certification.
Proven track record of building and managing successful teams.
7+ years of professional experience.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
