Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Outbound Sales Executive to lead customer acquisition efforts for Cloud AdWord in the Dallas market. This is a high-visibility, field-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and driving business growth from the ground up.

You will work with the leadership and play a pivotal role in establishing the product across local businesses and enterprise accounts in the region. Key responsibilities:

• Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, field visits, and local business development initiatives
• Generate qualified leads, conduct product demos, and effectively pitch our digital media broadcasting solutions
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers across businesses in the Dallas region
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports
• Stay informed on local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Ideal Candidate

• You have experience in outbound B2B sales, field sales, or business development, ideally selling to sectors such as retail chains, hospitality, healthcare, or other customer-facing businesses
• We are also open to high-potential fresh graduates with relevant internship experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for building a long-term career in sales.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals independently
• Experience selling SaaS, advertising, digital media, broadcasting, signage, or technology solutions is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of the Dallas business ecosystem and local market landscape would be ideal
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Comfortable with field sales and face-to-face client engagement
