Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift)

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift)to join our team in Irving TX 75038 with $18/hr pay for a 3-month contract to hire opportunity . The ideal candidate will support daily warehouse operations including order pulling, stocking, and operating machinery to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment. Candidates should be dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and productivity are essential. – APPLY NOW!

Schedule : Monday–Friday, optional Saturdays; 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (must be willing to stay later until all orders are completed) 

Required PPE: Steel-toe shoes 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull, verify, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. 
• Operate reach trucks and other heavy machinery safely. 
• Use RF scan guns for scanning, tracking, and verifying inventory. 
• Stock materials and maintain organized warehouse areas. 
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed. 
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy. 
• Keep work areas clean and follow all safety guidelines. 
• Stay past scheduled shift when required to complete all orders. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older to operate required equipment. 
• Proven reach truck operation experience, with strong understanding of warehouse safety practices. 
• Proficient with RF scan guns, including scanning, inventory adjustments, and product verification. 
• Ability to safely operate heavy machinery and follow strict safety guidelines and procedures. 
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift. 
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct order or inventory discrepancies. 
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work extended hours when needed to complete workload demands.
