Job Summary

We’re seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Leader with deep experience in Lean Six Sigma principles to lead day-to-day operations at our Houston, TX facility. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and profitability—while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and leadership development. You’ll be instrumental in scaling our operations to meet ambitious growth targets, leveraging your expertise in electrical engineered products such as switchboards and motor control centers.

Job Responsibilities

• Own and drive key performance metrics: customer satisfaction, safety, quality, on-time delivery, gross profit, and revenue
• Lead cross-functional coordination across operations, engineering, supply chain, and leadership
• Build and execute achievable production plans, identifying and resolving constraints
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes, methods, and resource utilization
• Direct engineering, systems, quality, and manufacturing to meet cost and service goals
• Implement cost-saving and productivity-enhancing initiatives
• Identify and close gaps in planning systems and operational workflows
• Develop and execute strategic capital investment plans aligned with growth objectives
• Champion Lean manufacturing culture and continuous improvement strategies
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with plant safety procedures
• Collaborate with IT to develop and implement planning tools and software
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on long-term capability building
