The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Technical Services Specialist II to support our Transfusion Division.

This role provides specialized technical support for medical diagnostic product development and production, handling complex, non-routine tasks involving equipment and procedures. It requires strong problem-solving through data analysis and research, with work directly impacting operations, cost , and overall efficiency.

Shift:

Monday to Friday

6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What You’ll Work On

• Maintain quality system effectiveness and regulatory compliance
• Provide advanced technical support across multiple disciplines
• Execute complex, non-routine tasks with judgment and creativity
• Drive process improvements using data and analysis
• Interpret/create technical documentation, drawings, and test procedures
• Support engineering with prototypes, testing, and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 2 years of relevant experience in the field.

The base pay for this position is $22.50 – $45.00 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
