Multimedia Specialist

As the Multimedia Specialist, you will play an integral role in ensuring consistent brand awareness and visual identity among three portfolio companies, including Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company, LLC, Total Energy Solutions, LLC, and Power Temp Systems, Inc. You will oversee the development, production and delivery of multimedia content (literature, video, graphics, audio, interactive elements, etc.) across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals. The ideal candidate for this role possesses a deep understanding of multimedia production techniques and emerging technologies and has a strong proficiency in design principles with the ability to develop compelling visual storytelling concepts.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and management teams to develop and execute multimedia deliverables that align with goals
· Lead the creative process for multimedia projects, including concept ideation, storyboarding, scripting and shooting schedules
· Maintain a well-organized digital asset library for easy access to multimedia content
· Create and maintain standards for digital assets, including but not limited to: templates, storage, naming conventions, brand guide updates
· Serve as the internal videographer and photographer (the company will provide state-of-the-art equipment and software to do so)
· Understand target audiences across each company and tailor content accordingly
· Adapt multimedia content to different platforms: websites, social media channels, advertising, email marketing, etc., optimizing for each channel's requirements (file types, naming conventions, sizing, speed, etc.)
· Monitor results of campaigns to measure content performance and adjust as needed
· Develop and update designs for marketing materials, including but not limited to: videos, graphics, brochures, advertising, presentations, billboards, etc.
· Review and analyze all company materials to ensure proper branding and quality control
· Some assistance with planning and hosting marketing events (virtual and in-person)
· Conduct project, market research
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field (advertising, marketing, digital media, communications, etc.)
· A minimum of 5 years in a full-time graphic design/media production position
· Strong proficiency in industry-standard multimedia software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, Microsoft (Publisher, Visio)
· Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies
· Proven experience with content creation evidenced via a professional portfolio
· High level of organization, creativity, attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and all-around team focus.
· Must be able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and objectives while remaining flexible for special projects through time management
• Agency or enterprise-setting experience is preferred
• Experience working in WordPress and Asana is preferred
Work Environment
The Multimedia Specialist will work in a dynamic corporate environment, collaborating regularly with the marketing and sales teams across all portfolio companies. Travel will be required to regularly obtain project-related footage, attend client meetings, industry conferences, or other business-related functions.
