Medical Receptionist/Front Desk

We are seeking a professional and compassionate front desk receptionist who shares our commitment to excellent patient care and creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We would want a candidate who is a multi-tasking and customer-focused specialist desk candidate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
- Verify insurance information and collect necessary patient documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate exception communication skills.
- Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff.
- Process payments and handle front office responsibilities efficiently.
- Help maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
- Prioritize patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor.
- Experience in electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
- Insurance verification is preferred.
- Experience with handling large volume of phone calls required.
- Experience in women's health or OB/GYN is a plus.
- We expect the candidate to make a positive impact on patients' experience. Requirements:
- Two years of experience in a medical front desk setting and/or call center.
- Experience with E-Clinical is preferred.
- Salary is based on experience.
