Vehicle Service Representative - Auto
Job Summary:
VSSI Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Vehicle Service Representative to join our team in Arlington, TX. This role ensures vehicles are clean, inspected, and ready for customer handover while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with the vehicle handover process.
- Perform thorough inspections to ensure vehicles meet quality standards.
- Wipe down and clean vehicles, ensuring all stickers are removed.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Resume required for consideration.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must adhere to business casual dress code .
Benefits:
