Job Overview:

The Yard Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our yard and facility operations. Responsibilities include checking in and out equipment, updating inventory data, and ensuring that equipment is cleaned and well-maintained. Experience with heavy machinery, especially CAT equipment, is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check-in and check-out of equipment.
• Video documentation of equipment and attachments.
• Compile and communicate damage reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Update computer system with pictures of equipment and attachments.
• Maintain accurate inventories of machines and attachments.
• Assist with tire inspections and manage tire inventories, entering data into the computer system.
• Process data in work orders.
• Pickup and deliver parts as required.
• Wash and maintain the cleanliness of equipment.
• Ensure housekeeping and maintenance standards are met in the yard and shop.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the service manager or shop foreman.

Requirements

Personal Requirements:

• Must be a self-starter with initiative.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills.
• A mechanical background is preferred.

Job Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Clean MVR
