What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Internal Service Advisor to join our Porsche Sugar Land team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

• Track the status of open repair orders during the day keeping the team updated with approvals and delays.
• Obtain the training necessary to know what is covered under warranty for each franchise.
• Track new and used cars through each step of the reconditioning process.
• Coordinate with vendors to complete work needed for the reconditioning process.
• Process and submit Certified Preowned Paperwork
• Finalize and close tickets and notify management when vehicles are ready to post for sale.
• Strive to meet management's metrics for per repair order, and reconditioning turn time.

The opportunity is for you if you have:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a service advisor role strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of CSI and sales history, preferably with a luxury dealership, preferred.
• Excellent verbal and math skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated.
• Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle.
