Job Responsibilities:

Depending on your role in the company, Job Responsibilities may include some or all of the following:

  • Working within a collaborative team.
  • New business relationship development.
  • Negotiating fee agreements with companies.
  • Finding and recruiting candidates.


Selling candidates to companies/job opportunities:

  • Selling companies on candidates.
  • Guiding candidates and companies through employment interviews.
  • Negotiating compensation packages.
  • Finalizing candidates’ acceptances of employment offers, resulting in successful placements.
