Minimum $32.69 - Midpoint $50.48 - Maximum $68.26

Transformational Leadership
- Lead patients, families, and team members toward meeting future care needs
- Organize and prioritize patient care team activities, including chemotherapy/biotherapy administration
- Coordinate pump connects/disconnects, antibiotic therapy, IV fluids, and IV starts
- Respond rapidly to chemotherapy reactions and clinical emergencies
- Ensure continuity of care through patient education and service coordination
- Practice autonomously within professional nursing scope
- Participate actively in shared decision-making at the unit level
- Identify barriers to patient care and implement solutions
- Build strong partnerships across the organization to improve outcomes
- Train, coach, and support team members to optimize patient care and resource utilization
- Manage and provide patient care within assigned clinical areas
- Function in roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, clinical coach, and protocol manager
- Demonstrate clinical competency in administering medications, procedures, and emergency management
- Assess patient needs for nursing care and additional services
- Provide coverage for Surgical Oncology and Infusion patients as required
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care
- Advocate for patients and families to uphold patient rights
- Integrate research findings and evidence-based practices into daily care
- Participate in or lead evidence-based practice projects
- Contribute to redesign of care delivery models for patient populations
- Incorporate safety and quality standards into all aspects of care delivery
- Minimize at-risk behaviors and promote a culture of safety
- Utilize Good Catch and incident reporting systems consistently
- Collaborate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
- Document care according to established standards
- Required: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
