Senior Services Clerk
:
As a Senior Services Clerk, you will be responsible for providing print production support through Print Portal systems and overseeing shipping-related tasks. Support all aspects of inbound and outbound mail services, while supporting hospitality and conference room operations. Occasionally serve as a backup for reception duties
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- +1 years of related work experience (office support, customer service, etc.).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
Job Type: Full-time (1 shift).
Pay range: $20.00 - $20.50 /hr

Schedule:
- Shift: Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00pm.
Duties:
- Operate print and copy equipment, ensuring quality output and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate technical problems for timely resolution (clearing paper jams, changing tonner, etc.).
- Provide outstanding customer service by handling job requests, inquiries, and coordinating calls.
- Maintain accurate records, inventory control, and process service charge calculations.
- Support team operations by assisting with job deliveries, meeting room setups, light maintenance, and reception coverage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
