- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field- 2-10 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development
- EIT is required, Professional Engineer (PE) license optimal
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
