A comprehensive understanding of fire protection codes is essential, along with a keen ability to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities, extending beyond clients’ initial requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement national go-to-market strategies for fire consulting services.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of new business opportunities, driving them to successful closure.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships with developers, REITs, architects, and property owners.
• Shape proposals, pricing, scopes, and delivery strategies to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with technical leaders and partner design/install firms.
• Contribute to the service mix development and geographic expansion strategies.
