We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Dispatcher to join our team in Odessa, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the timely dispatch of personnel and equipment, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch vehicles, personnel, or equipment to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, clients, and management.
- Monitor and track the status of dispatched units using computer systems.
- Manage scheduling and routing to optimize efficiency and meet operational demands.
- Document and report any incidents or delays promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of dispatch activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a dispatcher role or similar position.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with computer systems and dispatch software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
