Boat Technician
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Boat Rigger to join our team in Victoria, TX. As a Boat Rigger, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our boats are equipped and rigged to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Install and configure boat rigging systems, including steering, electrical, and fuel systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections of rigging components to ensure safety and functionality.
- Assist in the assembly and installation of various boat accessories and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve rigging issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in boat rigging technologies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in marine technology is a plus.
- Proven experience in boat rigging or a related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with marine electrical systems and tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
