Lean Technician/Analyst
- Ability to spend extended periods on the shop floor observing operations
- Focus/Attention to detail
- Ability to accurately use a stopwatch or timer
- Basic math skills
- Data entry accuracy
- Basic computer and Excel skills (entering data, sorting, simple formulas)
- Ability to follow a standard process
- Good written documentation
- Professional communication with shop-floor employees
- Dependability and integrity
- Manufacturing or assembly experience
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing
- Experience collecting data or performing audits
- Knowledge of standard work concepts
