The Producer Associate handles the most sophisticated customer inquiries or issues, providing product expertise and advise to clients and customer service staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in developing and acquiring new business revenue from new and existing clients and assigned prospects in identified sectors or market areas.
• Develops and maintains inter division/intercompany relationships consistent with our corporate culture.
• Develops basic functional knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures within industry and organization.

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree.

Work Traits:

• Act independently with minimal direction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to commute on site 4 days of the week in a hybrid model of working from home 1 day a week.
