Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Ensures all invoices are paid on time and accurately and Bills Accounts Receivable invoices timely and accurately.

• Reconciles and researches Accounts Payable vendor statements and keeps them up to date.

• Completes chargebacks and credit card reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner to minimize losses.

• Maintains productive relationships with external vendors to resolve billing issues.

What You'll Bring

• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping filing systems and basic knowledge of accounting operations to include all aspects such as A/R, A/P, etc.

• Skilled with numbers, billing, balancing and experience with PMS & POS systems, credit card processing systems.

• Excellent customer service skills - promptly responding to billing questions and de-escalating heightened questions and scenarios.

• A High School Degree or GED is required.

• Hotel experience and A/P & A/R experience is a plus!
