Psychotherapist (LPC/LMFT) – West Texas | Monahans, TX
Opportunity Highlights:
- Part-time opportunity (2 days/week, Monday–Saturday)
- Provide psychotherapy services in post-acute and long-term care settings
- Flexible round-and-go schedule with onsite patient care and remote documentation
- No nights or weekends
- Strong clinical autonomy with administrative support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications:
- Active Texas LPC or LMFT license
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- Experience required; no new graduates
- Geriatric or post-acute experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fee-for-service model with uncapped productivity
- Estimated earnings: $32K–$39K+ annually
