Administrative Specialist

Position Summary :
Perform administrative functions and provide front-line customer support.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate department/person.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional, polite and friendly manner.
- Prepare and process outgoing mail.
- Enter, update, and maintain information in Accounting, CRM, and other software programs.
- Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or internal communication.
- Review and process necessary paperwork.
- Maintain organization and monitor levels of office supplies, reorder as needed.
- Provide clerical support for staff and management as needed.
- Manage office equipment maintenance.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
- A minimum of two years of administrative experience
- Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Effective written and verbal communication
PREFERRED:
- Knowledge of various computer programs and systems, office equipment, and basic accounting
- Excellent organization, time management, and customer service skills
