We're hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! Are you a detail-loving AP pro with a knack for supporting multiple moving pieces? **This position is hybrid and will require three days in our Dallas, TX office**

In this role, you will:

• Assist with vendor onboarding, ensuring data accuracy and smooth setup
• Review P-card transactions for accuracy in coding and policy compliance
• Work in coordination with accounting, business and finance teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement and payables process
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, timeliness, and service
• Work on additional projects as needed

You’ll need:

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong organizational skills — you're the type who loves a checklist
• A collaborative, team-first mindset
• Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are your friends)
• A proactive attitude and curiosity to learn new things
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
