Technicians are responsible for ensuring all work meets dealership standards and that customers’ vehicles are returned in excellent condition. Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform repairs, maintenance, and warranty work according to repair orders * Keep Service Advisors updated on repair status and estimated completion times * Road test vehicles to confirm issues are resolved and performance meets customer expectations * Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work station * Comply with all company safety policies and procedures * Continuously learn new techniques and technology through formal training * Maintain professionalism, integrity, and quality in all work Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required * 2–4 years of automotive technician experience or equivalent training * ASE certification preferred * Basic computer and phone skills; dealership software experience preferred * Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedure manuals, and maintenance instructions * Self motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused * Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs. * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record * Professional appearance and strong work ethic Working Conditions: * Work primarily indoors with occasional outdoor activity in an auto shop environment * Daily walking, standing, and lifting required * Must be available to work full time, including possible evenings or weekends as needed If you’re ready to apply your skills, grow your career, and be part of a team that values quality and integrity, we want to hear from you.
