Maintenance Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in routine and preventative maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
- Conduct inspections of premises and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform minor repairs, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in resolving emergency situations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to prepare for and complete renovation projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
- Good communication abilities and physical stamina.
