We’re Sitterle Vision Source and Dry Eye Center , a modern, heart-centered optometry practice in San Antonio, TX. We’re passionate about providing exceptional care while making the clinical experience smooth, warm, and unforgettable.

We’re looking for a Clinical Director — part operations guru, part doctor’s right hand, part clinic coach — to help us elevate our patient experience to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• Optimize the Flow: See the patterns of the day, anticipate bottlenecks, and direct staff and doctors to keep patient care seamless, efficient, and stress-free.
• Lead the Team: Coach, coordinate, and keep the clinical team aligned — from check-in to checkout.
• Be the Doctor’s Wingperson: Present weekly metrics, assist with time sheets, and help the provider team work smarter, not harder.
• Perfect the Details: Keep exam rooms fully stocked, uniform, and organized so that muscle memory and excellence go hand-in-hand.
• Tackle Special Projects: Whether it’s calling insurance companies, printing reports, or managing one-off administrative tasks — you’re the one who gets it done with calm confidence.

What You Bring

• A natural ability to see systems , spot inefficiencies, and make things flow better
• Exceptional organization skills and follow-through
• Strong communication and leadership abilities — you’re not afraid to direct a room with warmth and clarity
• A love for efficiency, problem-solving, and supporting others
• Healthcare or optometry experience is a plus, but great leadership instincts matter most
