Production Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 06:00am to 06:00pm )

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform essential production line tasks, including assembly, loading, unloading, and material handling.
• Conduct basic quality checks on products and components, identifying and reporting defects or inconsistencies.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report more complex problems to supervision.

Production Operator Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent climbing, including ladders and stairs, and comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to frequently kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, or carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity and fine motor skills for operating machinery and handling components.
• Must have proven experience as a Production Line Worker or in a similar manufacturing or industrial role.
