Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Type of Employment: Direct Hire

Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 annually

Job Description

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Recruiter to support ongoing hiring needs and future growth plans. This individual will manage recruiting efforts across both hourly and salaried positions and work closely with leadership to ensure a smooth and efficient talent acquisition process. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, from skilled trades to corporate positions.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand team needs and create effective hiring strategies.
• Identify and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
• Coordinate interviews, manage communication with applicants, and support offer processes.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system while monitoring hiring metrics and reporting trends.
• Recommend improvements to recruiting processes and contribute to long-term workforce planning.
• Ensure all hiring practices meet compliance standards and support a strong employer brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience supporting both hourly and salaried roles, including skilled trades positions.
• Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree
