$42,000 - $124,400 yearly

• Follow up on all leads and requests for information
• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process

• Perform a high volume of daily outbound calls to convert leads
• Drive through Houston neighborhoods and identify potential properties
• Qualify properties based on condition, size, and the current Real Estate market
• Work closely with upper management regarding deals, and communicate properties effectively
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
• 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
• 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed

• Team player with a positive, upbeat, energetic can-do attitude
• Strong written and oral communication (Fluent Spanish speaker a plus), must be able to connect with others and understand client needs
• Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced energetic environment
• Represent full competence and knowledge of the current Real Estate market, with the ability to adapt to ever-changing market conditions
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
