Graph Data Platform Developer - Addison, TX

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Graph Data Platform Developer with strong expertise in TigerGraph or Neo4j , along with a background in data engineering and big data technologies . This role will support the development of a cutting-edge analytics platform by building end-to-end streaming and graph-based data pipelines in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain graph data workflows and end-to-end data pipelines using modern big data and streaming technologies.

• Lead and participate in architecture discussions , ensuring solutions align with enterprise strategies and principles.

• Drive technical innovation, scalability, and best practices across development teams.

• Provide point-solution architectures and guide developers through implementation.

• Ensure high availability , stability , security , and recoverability of developed modules.

• Collaborate with data analysts , data scientists , and product teams to deliver impactful data solutions.

• Lead small development teams in an Agile environment, ensuring high-quality code delivery and proper testing.

Must-Have Skills:

• Graph Databases : Hands-on experience with TigerGraph or Neo4j

• Big Data & Streaming : Expertise with Kafka , Spark , YARN

• Programming : Proficiency in Java , Scala , or Python

• Data Engineering : Building scalable streaming and batch data pipelines

• Graph Analytics : Experience developing graph-based data workflows and analytics

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in software development or data science

• Demonstrated experience with:

  • Graph database technologies (TigerGraph or Neo4j)

  • Building analytics platforms using streaming and big data technologies

  • Full lifecycle of data pipeline development

• Experience managing Agile teams and mentoring developers

• Strong understanding of data architecture , data security , and performance optimization

• Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architectural artifacts
