Earthtones Companies seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background with large accounting software. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of heavy involvement with financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support our growing business.

• Manages and oversees daily accounting operations


• Prepares and analyzes financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.


• Maintains the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments


• Manage lien process and notice preparation


• Assists with the preparation of sales tax returns and coordinate with external auditors.


• Develops and implements accounting policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency.


• Strong background with Accounts Payable


• Manages and oversees credit card reconciliations

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• CPA or CMA certification preferred.


• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.


• Experience with QuickBooks, Aspire, or Acumatica software is preferred.


• Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity accounting.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
