What You’ll Do:

As a BCBA, you will take the lead in delivering life-changing therapy by:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
• Overseeing treatment implementation and ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Mentoring and training RBTs and caregivers to reinforce consistent behavior strategies.
• Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary professionals to create supportive, goal-driven environments.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Staying current with best practices and participating in ongoing professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Experience in ABA, special education, or related fields (preferred)
• Strong data collection/analysis and clinical documentation skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• A passion for helping clients reach their full potential
• Ability to thrive both independently and within a team
