Device Compitencies/ Experience in this order: ECMO, RVAD/LVAD, Impella, IABP, CRRT/DialysisOpen Heart recovery experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): CABG/Valve open hearts, ECMO cannulation, IABP, Impella management, Dialysis. 13-15 open hearts average per week. Normally 2-3 devices on floor at any one time.
