Project Assistant
Electrical Engineering Enterprises is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Assistant to support our team on a limited time industrial engineering project in Texas. If you are passionate about multi-tasking and would like to get some project experience this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
· Prepare, track and manage Requests for Information (RFI’s)
· Work extensively in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking and reporting
· Assist EEE leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks
· Maintain organized records and documents
· Support communication between leadership and field service team
· Adapt to changing priorities and support various project needs
Qualifications
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent communicator
· Ability to work independently and as part of the team
