Landscape Technician

We are currently seeking a Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership, communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing top-quality service. Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily work schedules and communicating changes and special instructions to crews.
• Providing field oversight of all maintenance and enhancement crews.
• Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including mechanical tools
• Physically perform general landscape maintenance including weeding, watering, fertilizing, mulching, edging, raking, blowing, spraying, pruning, and other tasks as needed
• Stepping in to assist lawn maintenance crews when necessary.
• Collaborating with the Office Manager on employee time management.
• Keeping track of all jobs and schedules and planning staff and crews accordingly.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in irrigation repair or installation.
• Experience in ground maintenance or landscaping.
• Experience in staff management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
