Landscape Technician

We are currently seeking a Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership, communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing top-quality service. This role offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and advance within our expanding company.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating daily work schedules and communicating changes and special instructions to crews.
- Providing field oversight of all maintenance and enhancement crews.
- Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including mechanical tools
- Physically perform general landscape maintenance including weeding, watering, fertilizing, mulching, edging, raking, blowing, spraying, pruning, and other tasks as needed
- Stepping in to assist lawn maintenance crews when necessary.
- Collaborating with the Office Manager on employee time management.
- Keeping track of all jobs and schedules and planning staff and crews accordingly.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in irrigation repair or installation.
- Experience in ground maintenance or landscaping.
- Experience in staff management.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
