CLERK (ENTRY LEVEL – ADMINISTRATIVE / OFFICE SUPPORT)

We are seeking an Entry-Level Clerk to provide general administrative and office support in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for a dependable individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to efficient office operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Note: The following duties are illustrative and not exhaustive. Other related duties may be assigned based on departmental needs.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and maintaining office records.
- Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and provide basic customer service.
- Assist with processing forms, invoices, reports, or correspondence.
- Maintain orderly and accurate filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Assist with inventory and supply management, ensuring workspaces are stocked and organized.
- Prepare and distribute memos, notices, or other communications as directed.
- Support team members and supervisors with special projects, administrative tasks, and departmental needs.
- Follow office procedures and protocols to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or GED required; some post-secondary coursework preferred.
- Basic office experience helpful, but on-the-job training will be provided .
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, multi-task, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to professionalism.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Primarily indoor office setting with standard office equipment.
- Typical work hours with potential for occasional overtime or extended hours depending on operational needs.
