Location: Arlington, TX – Fully On-Site
Role Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday
Compensation: $95,000–$105,000+ OTE / year
Sales Rep – Inbound Leads Only (Paid Training)
Entry-Level Sales | No Prospecting | Paid Training
Recent grad? Former athlete? Competitive background?
This is a full-time, in-office sales role where you close pre-built, inbound insurance leads — no cold calling, no door knocking, no prospecting.
Top reps earn $110K+ with paid licensing and elite sales training.
This role is a strong fit if you:
- Recently graduated and want a real sales career, not retail or dead-end SDR work
- Have a sports, military, or competitive background
- Like being coached, motivated, and rewarded for performance
- Want clear income upside, not capped commission
- Can show up, work hard, and compete on a scoreboard
What you’ll be doing
- Closing pre-quoted, inbound leads over the phone
- Following a proven sales process with daily coaching
- Learning high-level sales skills that transfer anywhere
- Competing in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
What you’re NOT doing (THIS MATTERS)
- No cold calling
- No door knocking
- No prospecting
- No MLM / commission-only nonsense
Compensation & Structure
- W2, full-time, in-office
- Strong base salary
- Uncapped commissions + renewals
- $110K+ OTE for top performers
- Licensing paid for
- Paid, structured sales training
