Bilingual Receptionist Needed ASAP
Temp to Hire (Covering FMLA)
to $22 hourly
8-5 M-F

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the company greeting visiting guests as well as answering and directing phone calls
- Schedule and coordinate all interviews as requested by HR
- Prepare and distribute schedules to the appropriate people
- Assist other HR and operations staff as needed with administrative duties
- Help with data entry projects
- Coordinate all incoming/outgoing mail and shipping needs
- Distribute mail
- Order supplies and update inventory
Requirements:
- Prefer fluent in Spanish
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written and listening)
- Excellent Administrative skills (filing, documenting, data entry, etc.)
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook
- Must be a quick learner and have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines, with attention to detail, and handle confidential information in a discrete manner
