Operations Supervisor
- AOG Response: Supervise emergency AOG responses, directing rapid parts picking, packing, and courier dispatch.
- Shift Coordination: Act as the primary floor contact for Maintenance, Engineering, and Logistics teams.
- Inventory Control: Oversee daily floor handling and strict segregation of serviceable, unserviceable, quarantined, and core return inventories.
- Traceability & Audits: Maintain meticulous parts traceability (PN, SN, certs) and lead physical cycle counts.
- Core Returns: Coordinate processing and prompt shipment of core returns to meet vendor deadlines and avoid penalties.
- Compliance: Enforce daily floor compliance with FAA, EASA, AS9110/AS9120, and IATA Dangerous Goods regulations.
- Team Leadership: Provide daily direction, manage shift coverage, and deliver hands-on training for parts ID and cert reviews (8130-3, EASA Form 1).
- Safety & Quality: Enforce shelf-life tracking, FOD prevention, and safe forklift operation.
- Required: 3+ years in aerospace stores, aviation logistics, or MRO warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- Required: Direct experience with AOG support, inventory segregation, and aviation documentation.
- Preferred: AS9110/AS9120 environment experience, IATA Hazmat certification, and proficiency with aviation ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, AMOS, Trax, etc.).

- Shift Coordination: Act as the primary floor contact for Maintenance, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure immediate fulfillment of urgent parts requests.
- Inventory Control: Oversee daily floor handling and strict system segregation of serviceable, unserviceable, quarantined, and core return inventories.
- Traceability & Audits: Maintain meticulous parts traceability (PN, SN, certs) and lead physical cycle counts and inventory discrepancy audits.
- Core Returns: Coordinate the processing, proper documentation, and prompt shipment of core returns to meet vendor deadlines and avoid penalties.
- Compliance Monitoring: Enforce daily compliance with FAA, EASA, AS9110/AS9120, and IATA Dangerous Goods regulations on the warehouse floor.
- Team Leadership: Provide daily direction, manage shift schedules for 24/7 coverage, and deliver hands-on training for parts ID and cert reviews.
- System Execution: Ensure the team records accurate, real-time data and scans required documentation into the WMS/ERP systems.
- Safety & Quality: Enforce shelf-life tracking, FOD prevention, facility security controls, and safe forklift operations.
