Cutter/Serving Line

We are always looking for experienced Pit Masters and Cutters to join our team. Cutting Team Members are expected to have some experience in cutting or be able to show during the interview process they understand the fundamentals of butchering, seasoning, fast pace, executing tickets with care, line control, keep your head on swivel and timing that are needed to produce top barbecue. Experience is not required but highly recommended.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Some BBQ experience required
• Butchering, seasoning, wrapping, knife skills
• Consistency and reliability
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Values teamwork
• Loves serving and helping others

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is mandatory.
