Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Anchor Well began with a simple conviction: clinicians do their best work when they feel supported, not rushed.
We believe early clinical years should be grounded in steady supervision, thoughtful pacing, and care that prioritizes depth over volume.
The Problem We See
Too many clinicians are asked to sacrifice quality for pace – overloaded schedules, unclear expectations, and limited support. That model burns out clinicians and reduces the depth clients are seeking. We knew there was a better way.
What We Offer Instead
A calm, values-driven clinical home where systems are clear, autonomy is honored, and care is relational. We build sustainable – so clinicians can practice with integrity and stay well.
The Licensed Professional Counselor role at Anchor Well is designed for clinicians who want sustainable work, strong support, and meaningful client care.
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Remote / Texas
Anchor Well is opening space for a fully licensed clinician seeking a steady, ethical, and well supported practice with room to grow over time. This role is a strong fit for clinicians who want depth over volume and value clear systems, consistency, and clinical excellence.
The Role
As an LPC at Anchor Well, you will provide telehealth counseling to individuals, couples, and families within your scope of practice as a fully licensed clinician.
This is a split-based private practice role designed for sustainable caseloads, strong boundaries, and high-quality care – not high pressure productivity.
You’ll practice within a professional, collaborative culture with clear expectations, reliable systems, and leadership that supports long-term clinician health.
What You’ll Do
- Provide evidence-based telehealth counseling within your scope of practice.
- Maintain timely, insurance-ready documentation in Simple Practice.
- Collaborate clinically through consultation and team support as needed.
- Support a calm, grounded client experience from intake through continuity of care.
- Communicate professionally and follow clear workflows for scheduling, documentation, and client coordination.
- Contribute to a thoughtful, values-aligned clinical culture.
Who Thrives Here
This role is a strong fit for clinicians who:
- Want autonomy with support – not isolation
- Value clear systems and realistic expectations
- Care deeply about ethical, relational clinical work
- Appreciate a steady practice rhythm and strong boundaries
This may not be a fit for clinicians seeking:
- Maximum volume / back-to-back scheduling
- High-pressure productivity models
- Minimal oversight or unclear expectations
A Note On Whole Person Care:
Anchor Well integrates mental health and holistic wellness support when appropriate. Our team includes licensed professionals offering nutrition and lifestyle coaching alongside therapy to support emotional regulation, stress management, and daily rhythms.
This integration is collaborative, ethical, and client-centered – never prescriptive.
