ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation: Proactively engage with prospective and existing policyholders to understand their unique insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide sales team members to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base and enhance profitability.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling auto, home, and life insurance products to provide comprehensive solutions for clients.
Networking: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and community partners to enhance the company's reputation and outreach.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry developments and competitive landscape to offer insightful solutions and advice to clients.
RequirementsLicensing: Must have a valid and active Texas Property & Casualty License and a Life Insurance License (or ability to obtain).
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, particularly in auto, home, and life insurance products, is required.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrable experience in leading a sales team or a similar management role.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and professionally.
Customer Service: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid remote setup, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration.
Technological Proficiency: Competent in using CRM software and modern communication tools.
