At Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, a member of the Confluent Health family, our SMASA partner locations offer a truly unique outpatient experience centered around sports and orthopedic care. You’ll work with a highly active patient population ranging from high school and collegiate athletes to professional organizations, collaborating closely with the physicians at Sports Medicine Associates of San Antonio. This includes supporting teams like San Antonio FC, St. Mary’s University, Trinity University, Texas A&M University-San Antonio, and local club programs. Giving direct exposure to high-level athletics and performance-based rehab. Combined with a clinician-driven environment, you’ll benefit from strong mentorship and support so you can deliver exceptional care.

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Compensation: $72K-90K + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year, and virtually unlimited CEUs! Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
