Position Overview
As a Remote Client Representative , you'll work directly with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, helping families understand their available benefits while providing outstanding customer service and long-term support.
This opportunity combines relationship building, customer service, and professional growth within a collaborative remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support
Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations
Welcome new clients and provide a positive onboarding experience
Explain available benefit and coverage options clearly and professionally
Recommend personalized solutions based on each client's needs
Guide clients through enrollment and application processes
Respond to client questions and provide ongoing policy support
Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Conduct policy reviews and follow-up appointments
Maintain accurate client documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations
Professional Development
Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs
Continue developing communication and leadership skills
Collaborate with a supportive remote team

Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
